Pray, Pray, Pray!!
We just got our FIRST offer on the house. It's been 6 months, folks! It's not great- I think they want to give us peanuts and change for it but it's an offer and more could be around the corner!! Please pray, pray, pray that something good comes from this offer or another one in the next couple of months! :)
